Curly Head Studio
These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for working with Curly Head, a web design and development studio. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Curly Head provides web design, web development, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
2. Communication & Collaboration
Timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client are essential to keep the project on schedule. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
Curly Head is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or third‑party dependencies.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are agreed upon before the project starts.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion or before the website goes live, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non‑refundable once work has started, except where required by law.
4. Revisions
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes may be billed separately.
Revisions refer to adjustments of existing designs, not entirely new concepts or features.
5. Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and appropriate content (text, images, videos, logos).
Curly Head is not responsible for copyright issues related to content supplied by the client.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once full payment is received:
The client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them.
Curly Head retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.
Third‑party tools, templates, fonts, or plugins remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Third‑Party Services
Curly Head may use third‑party platforms (such as hosting providers, fonts, plugins, or frameworks). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these external services.
8. Launch & Post‑Launch Support
Once the website is approved and ready to go live, responsibility for ongoing updates, maintenance, and content changes transfers to the client, unless a support agreement is in place.
Post‑launch support may be offered for a limited time or as an additional service.
9. Cancellations
If the client cancels the project after work has started, any completed work up to that point will be billed and the deposit will not be refunded.
Curly Head reserves the right to cancel a project if communication breaks down or if terms are violated.
10. Liability
Curly Head is not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from website use or downtime
Issues caused by client‑made changes or third‑party services
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond what is explicitly agreed upon.
11. Changes to These Terms
Curly Head may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always apply to new projects.
